Student Co-op Course and Co-op Enrollment Contract

To be eligible to enroll in the Cooperative, you must have completed the Degree Program Application or Certificate Application with appropriate payments that your arrange.

http://www.ecopsych.com/iupsapplication.html

http://www.ecopsych.com/ecocertapplic.html

plus the first five sections of the Orientation Course

The Graduate Webstring Student Cooperative (GWSG) administrates much of the program by teaching its participants how to help administrate it. For this reason, it operates as a required course, a 3-part, 3 credit, (135 hours) Field Study program, ECO 751A, entitled Cooperative Administration of NSTP, Online, Training and Degree Programs. This course requires students to learn how to successfully implement their Co-op Admissions contract (below) in the GWSG group as a continuation of the interactive webstring process they have learned and applied in the Orientation Course ECO 500.

The ECO 751A Course begins with the Contract of Understanndings, below. It helps IGE applicants recognize and fulfill their attractions to the purpose of the IGE Graduate Student Cooperative for the benefit of all concerned.

The contract sets forth the conditions for participating in the Graduate Webstring Student Cooperative (GWSC) and asks you to signify (by initialing) that you understand and intend to honor and manifest these conditions.

OPERATION AND PROGRAMS

The GWSC, through the natural attractions of its participants and faculty, self-administers the steps, courses and evaluations needed for a student to complete the Certificate Program and/or Degree Program.

There are four basic programs:
1) The Certification Program-- contains all the courses necessary to certify participants to teach the NSTP at each of 3 levels and to optionally matriculate
into the graduate programs;
2) Degree Program-- thesis (MS);
3) Degree Program--dissertation(Ph.D.)
4) Post Doctoral Fellowship

STUDENT COOPERATIVE ENROLLMENT CONTRACT
Please email this contract to <igecoop@ecopsych.com> along with first semester or Certification Level payment after you start Chapter/Section Six of the Orientation Course and course participants and faculty members there agree that you are participating adequately. This is required because the Cooperative functions under the same consensual support process that is used in the Orientation Course and other courses. The Co-op is a practicum course in itself, ECO 751A. Students participate in it for the duration of their program and as long after as is attractive to them in the roles of guides, facilitators and mentors.

_________ (initial)

5. I agree that all Co-op contracts I make, when completed, will go in my student file and be a permanent part of the record of my graduate degree program studies. A list of people in your Personal Coop Support group in the Coop.

If you are starting some other course, you will be placed on the mailing list for that course, too. Each of these lists are separate. Try not to get them mixed up. Don't bring course members into the Coop or your support group and vice versa.
