In his updated book, Reconnecting With Nature, and at the Institute of Global Education web site, Ecotherapist Michael J. Cohen, Ed.D. describes how natural systems in the biosphere beneficially flow through and nurture all forms of life including the life of our psyche, of how we think and feel.
Cohen demonstrates that, to our loss, our excessive disconnection from nature separates our consciousness from registering natural systems along with their self-correcting and purifying ways.
