GRANDMOTHER EARTH SHARES SPONTANEOUS LAUGHING ENERGIES WITH ME
Greetings, my vital study group friends.
I have been side tracked looking for a quote that really sums
up my experience with this chapter. Doing this activity
brought me back to me.
I went to a once familiar property.
I think of it often, over flowing with relaxed, excited energy.
I walked behind the house, no one home, there is a gorgeous flowing
brook, a foot bridge across, rarely visited by people, a bench
which looks more inviting for meditation then out of place.
Joy and gratitude for my surroundings flowed
out of my entire surface. I am acknowledged and welcome.
Energy exchange spontaneous. I verbalized my gratitude.
I walked the grounds, I rubbed my head and lifted the hurtful
pollution in my brain out, tossed it away into the air.
I have had my share. I did this repeatedly and found myself
laughing.
The exercise was fun, and perfect. Everywhere
energy of past times shared here with past lives. The ground
uneven, accommodating growing roots of trees, water table etc.
I sensed the gatherers energy as I remembered. Glad for
the missing and the knowing of generations of folks who were
connected to the earth. Born, raised and died that way.
Contentment. Grandmother Earth continues to give to me
and all that she is a part of and that which is a part of her.
This ability to self sooth is what gets "wrangled
out" of me, as I return to the pressure of false expectations
of societal expectations based on false stories. I forget
that nature is the source of everything, and that within my connection
all will be well. Always.
I sensed and witnessed a deep protectiveness
between the eldest trees for the younger lived flora. An
old barbecue near by built from the river rock. This provided
modern cooking whenever asked.
The flow of the water taught me that letting go can be as easy
as sliding over a round rock with friends.
The branches against the sky showed me that all directions lead
to the same source. There are no mistakes.
The emerging red buds informed me this day
that regardless of the seeming finality of some things, the deep
depth of despair will come to pass and evaporate like the rain,
only to be reinvented.
Earth is the diva of recycling, including my thinking and feeling.
Old dead snags were rich with holes providing food and protection.
Last years dried berries are doing much more that hanging out
and looking pretty
The snag and the berries are showing me that regardless of how
long I walk this road, there will be meaning and purpose,
a way to assist others. My words and thoughts are congruent with
nature for I am nature. I need to allow nature to mirror the
healing that I require to stay fit.
I get good feeling when I remove "stories"
from my head to make room for the real stuff.
My place in nature is always available; I
am part of the whole, and a whole apart.
The divine energy re-educated me in all ways.
As always.
