Field Study Evaluation Report
The great value of this course for me was
learning first that I had at least 53 senses and that these were
natural attraction intelligences. Then the concept of the web of life
registering in my consciousness as 53 natural senses (webstrings)
taught me some valuable insight into my true part in the universe. At
first it was hard to wrap my brain around it all but when it clicked it
really "locked" and I totally got it. The sensory versus the abstract
way of knowing and thinking was logical to me and helped me to
understand how I get interrupted from my experiences of natural
attractions and the webstrings break. Very importantly as well, asking
for permission to respectfully interact with nature was something that
had never before occurred to me until this course. It makes sense to
have the same respect for all of nature as one would for people. I
would never go into a person's home with knocking first. Something very
cool about this is that I can teach my grandchildren to ask permission
from nature and show them how to have these ultimate experiences and
hopefully they will pass it on to future generations. Maybe thinking
and feeling by co-creating with webstrings can heal the globe.
of years ago I was in school for my BSW and was discovering that I
wanted to do something very different with my degree. I had been
experiencing soothing relief from the stressors in my life by walking
through parks and nature trails several times a day with my dog. I
recognized how sad I would feel when I found pollution in these areas
from time to time. I responded with efforts to clean things up. Then I
began thinking about the other people I saw running, walking, walking
dogs, pushing babies in strollers, having picnics in parks etc. I saw a
connection in the healing powers in nature. I kept this idea on the
forefront and when I finished my degree I began to research healing
with nature. That is how I found this course.
this course I have learned significant activities that broadened my
perspectives and experiences with nature. The learning process has
allowed me to experience profound connections with the universe and
find my place in it. I didn't know that my love for nature was an
intelligent natural attraction and that we had at least 53 senses and
that the universe was connected with webstrings. It didn't
take very long for me to realize the profound connection I was having
with the group. Having people to share experiences with that we all
could identify in has been an incredible natural connection for me.
The awesome experiences I've had such as the
dragonflies and the garden would seem so "far out" that I would have
been reluctant to share them with others. But having a group like y'all
has allowed me to relax with it and accept it as a gift of the
universe. It is really wonderful to know now that I might not be crazy,
that I'm not the only one and that it is an authentic experience.
learned life solutions and greatly expanded my own personal growth. I
have gained great insight in the application of nature therapy so that
I may share it with others in the learning experience of how to engage
in self healing through the natural environment. This course has been
very instrumental in my efforts to pioneer nature-connected Social
Work. It is my chosen field for master and doctorate studies.
really enjoyed everyone's experiences with the activities and it has
been just the neatest thing to have this connection with people in all
different parts of the universe. That has been really cool! I
thank each one of you for sharing and connecting with me and teaching
me. I consider you all to be special in my life now as I venture on in
the universe and I would like to keep the connection going.
become so aware of my surroundings now that I am having intense
experiences with nature on a daily basis. That is how much this course
has opened my eyes and turned on my senses. So it will be wonderful if
I can continue to share extraordinary moments with y'all in the future.
Good luck to everyone in all of your endeavors and thank you for your
gift of yourself. You are all "kin" to me now.
